Whether you operate one club or several, LeisurePoint is available for a low monthly fee. SDA’s LeisurePoint Gym Management system has been chosen by a wide number of Budget Gyms due to its ease of use, speed of deployment and links to Direct Debit processing companies such as Harlands and Debit Finance. Clients include Helio Fitness, Gym4All, TruGym, Simply Gym and many others.

The architecture of SDA’s solution means that even in the event of network or internet failure, the Front Desk application will still operate in an offline-mode for member check in, point of sale and viewing of bookings to ensure that your business can still operate efficiently; automatically updating and synchronising when internet access returns.

Members can either join online through online through Harlands Snap or DFC’s FastDD, and new member data flows directly into the LeisurePoint database. LeisurePoint will also be updated following any member status updates such as suspension and cancellation meaning that member access will be blocked at reception for those members who shouldn’t be allowed in. SDA’s advanced API alternately allows clients to develop their own unique joining experience should they wish to have greater control.

SDA we understand the importance of access control for budget operators, and have developed solutions including traditional membership cards as well as Pin-code that can even be backed up b facial recognition. LeisurePoint auto-concierge feature even allows members to SMS the club if they forget their Pin, with a new Pin automatically being sent back by SMS.
